CalChoice Investments is a real estate investment firm that focuses solely on carefully selected pre developed land in Los Angeles County, California. We are not a “traditional” broker as we do not list or sell other people’s properties. We own all properties we sell to our clients first, which makes us a for sale by owner company. This means, we don’t sell anything to our clients we wouldn’t want to own ourselves. We take great pride in knowing every property we sell is nothing short of excellent.

With $40,000 or more in either cash or qualified funds (IRA, 401k) our clients can purchase a percentage of ownership or even buy the entire parcel outright. Depending on your personal situation and time horizons, it’s important to know this investment vehicle is a long-term strategy. The average holding timeframe is typically between 7-10 years.
